EXTRA TERRESTRIAL STAG NIGHT

LOG LINE

(A man dressed in an alien fancy dress costume is mistaken for a real runaway alien while the alien is mistaken for the man in an alien costume.)

An alien on the verge of being forced into an arranged marriage by his pushy parents with an alien princess decides on the night of his stag do he is going to steal a tele-porter device and hide on earth to avoid going through with the marriage he wants no part of the next day.

At the same time on earth an openly gay man called Michael Gillings who does not have the most exciting life is late getting ready to go to a Halloween party that his friends have talked him into going too dressed like an alien.

After neither Michael nor the Alien turn up to their perspective parties each pair of friends already drunk from starting without them decide to go and look for them. The aliens use a tracker to track the alien down and the friends of Michaels just drive to his house which is down the street from the party.

In the process of the aliens searching they come across Michael dressed like an alien not knowing the concept of Halloween and what fancy dress is they instantly think it is him, Michael also thinks that these are his friends in costume so have no reason not to trust them and go along with them.

Michael’s friends find the alien thinking it is just Michael in his costume they invite him into the car and bring him to the party. The alien thinking they are trying to become friends with him goes along with it because he is excited because he thinks this is the start of his new life on earth.

MID POINT

Party shenanigans ensue (Montage) as the alien is introduced to alcohol for the first time and humans in general, he slowly realises it’s not what he wanted and decides he is going to teleport home and go and get married , Next Morning Both Michael and the alien wake up hung-over. Michael is taken to the wedding and comes to the realisation of what has happened (sees earth in the sky) he comes to the conclusion because his life on earth is a disappointment to go along with it and marry the princess because he will reap the rewards and become rich by doing so.

After teleporting back the alien also decides he will just bite the bullet and get married to reap the riches as well because he no longer sees his plan of hiding on earth as an option anymore.

Alien barges in on the wedding (as priest asks if anyone objects to this marriage withhold piece bla bla)

(Argument ensues)

Alien princess is forced to choose between the pair and decides she does not want either of them Michael shouts out (cant a gay man dressed like an alien get a break) alien turns round asks if Michael is really gay? Michael replies yes alien is like no way me too that’s one of the reasons I didn't want to marry her in the first place and they wind up becoming best mates.
